A personal journey.

Dr. Sunshyne’s own search for answers led her to explore restorative approaches that became part of life for her family and, eventually, the people she serves.
Her work brings together hands-on care, wellness technology, and a love of helping people understand their options. Her background includes training in Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, bodywork, kinesiology, essential-oil approaches, and teaching.
At the center of it is a simple philosophy: progress deserves encouragement. In her own welcome talk, Dr. Sunshyne describes learning to meet life’s imperfect moments with humor and kindness, rather than self-criticism.
