The lymphatic system is the waste transportation within our bodies, efficiently removing toxins and maintaining the cleanliness of our cells and organs. It plays a vital role for our immune system.
A variety of conditions such as our modern lifestyles, scars, surgeries, injuries, among other things can impede lymphatic flow.
The Lymph Lab specializes in enhancing lymphatic flow for the removal of waste and toxins from the body in a tranquil and relaxing, stress-free setting.
Lymphatic Enhancement
The lymphatic system is the waste transportation within our bodies, efficiently removing toxins and maintaining the cleanliness of our cells and organs. It plays a vital role for our immune system.
A variety of conditions such as our modern lifestyles, scars, surgeries, injuries, among other things can impede lymphatic flow.
The Lymph Lab specializes in enhancing lymphatic flow for the removal of waste and toxins from the body in a tranquil and relaxing, stress-free setting.
Lymphatic enhancement helps mobilize stagnant hormones, fluid, and helps break up fibrocystic changes in the tissue. This promotes your body's natural detoxification, elimination, and healing processes, fortifying the lymphatic system, digestive system, liver and gall bladder.
Lymphatic enhancement is an integrative medicine tool that can be incorporated to support lymphatic health and whole-body health. It can enhance and elevate the body’s natural healing ability.

At The Lymph Lab, we use the Lymphatic Enhancement Technique (LET), an advanced technology designed to support the body's natural lymphatic flow and encourage healthy circulation throughout the body.
Unlike traditional approaches that rely solely on manual techniques, LET utilizes specialized applicators that deliver a unique combination of gentle vibrational energy, sound frequencies, and electrostatic stimulation. These signals work together to encourage movement within the body's fluid systems and support the natural function of the lymphatic network.
The lymphatic system does not have a central pump like the heart. Instead, it depends on muscle movement, breathing, nervous system activity, and subtle pressure changes to keep fluid moving. LET is designed to support these natural processes by providing rhythmic stimulation that the lymphatic system readily responds to.
During a session, wands are brushed over the skin and placed on specific areas of the body according to your individual needs. The experience is gentle, relaxing, and non-invasive. Many clients describe it as deeply calming and restorative. Treatment protocols may also include specialized movements and positioning to further encourage healthy fluid movement throughout the body.
At The Lymph Lab, we refer to our approach as Lymphatic Enhancement because our goal is not to force the body to do something unnatural. Instead, we focus on supporting the body's own ability to move fluid, respond to congestion, and maintain balance.
Benefits clients commonly seek through lymphatic enhancement include:
• Support for healthy fluid movement
• Reduced feelings of heaviness and puffiness
• Support for post-surgical recovery protocols
• Enhanced relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Support for healthy circulation and tissue wellness
• Improved sense of overall wellbeing
• Support for skin health and appearance
• A feeling of being lighter, clearer, and more energized
Our philosophy is simple:
Transformation begins with restoration.
When the body's fluid systems are moving efficiently, many people find they feel more comfortable, more resilient, and better able to respond to the demands of daily life.
At The Lymph Lab, LET is one of the foundational tools we use to lavishly support your immune, vagal, and lymphatic function through a personalized restoration experience.
Lymphatic Enhancement Treatments (LET) are done in a massage setting, although it is not a massage. LET is applied directly to the skin through a medical grade glass bulb. A series of manual lymphatic strokes are applied before and after the LET application to evaluate specific lymphatic structures.
The LET treatment feels relaxing and gentle during application. The session encourages the detoxification of tissue that potentially has years of waste build up and toxins. You may have a slight headache, feel sluggish or energized.
Ensure you drink 6-8 glasses of water following a Lymphatic Enhancement session. Ideally 8 ounces each hour for six hours after treatment.
