Make room for yourself

You do a lot.
Come relax
and receive.

Some days, you want to feel more comfortable in your body. Some days, you simply need time when nobody is asking anything of you.

Our Lymphatic Restoration visits bring together attentive care and the Lymphatic Enhancement Technique, or LET, in a quiet, comfortable setting.

We take time to understand what brings you here, explain your options, and shape the visit around your needs.

A place to settle in.
Care you can return to.

What brings you here?

Comfort.
Flow.
Room to restore.

Puffiness. Stress. Recovery. Energy. These are some of the goals and concerns clients bring to us. We’ll talk through what lymphatic care can appropriately support for you.

The simple version

Your lymphatic
system keeps
fluid moving.

Your lymphatic system helps return excess fluid from your tissues to your circulation and plays an important role in immune function.

Movement and muscle activity help lymph move through the body. When lymph drainage is impaired, fluid can build up in tissues.

Our approach to your care

Lymphatic Enhancement uses specialized applicators placed or moved gently over the skin. We may also use other techniques and positioning, according to your needs.

We explain what we’re doing, protect your comfort and privacy, and welcome your questions throughout.

Your time at the center

A visit
shaped around
you.

  • Start with a conversation. Tell us about your goals, health history, and any recent changes.
  • Get comfortable. We explain the session and provide appropriate draping.
  • Receive gentle care. Your visit is adjusted to your needs and comfort.
  • Leave with clarity. We discuss your experience and any appropriate next steps.

A few things to know

Feel comfortable
before you
arrive.

Is Lymphatic Enhancement a massage?

Our visits take place in a massage-like setting. However, lymphatic restoration uses specialized applicators with light, sound, and electrostatic properties to help deliver lymphatic drainage at a deeper level. Your visit may also include other helpful techniques.

Do we need to know about your medical history?

Yes. Tell us about medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery, wounds, infections, or implanted devices. Some circumstances call for a different approach or medical clearance before a visit.

Can we help after surgery?

Yes! Pre and post surgery lymphatic work can be helpful for the body in preparation for surgery and afterwards for recovery. Feel free to contact us before booking to discuss your procedure, timing, and your surgeon’s instructions. Any post-surgical support needs to fit your medical care plan.

What should you do before your visit?

Please arrive hydrated. Feel free to fill out your paperwork in advance (the link is sent to you in your appointment confirmation text).

Do you have to join a membership?

No. Individual visits are available. Membership is an option if you want consistent care and member pricing.
